We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that an app runs in your environment, keeps running on future OS versions, or continues to receive updates.
アプリのダウンロード、インストール、使用、使用不能によって生じた直接・間接の損害（データの消失、業務の中断、機会損失を含みます）について、作者は一切の責任を負いません。重要なデータは必ずご自身でバックアップを取ってからお使いください。The author is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from downloading, installing, using, or being unable to use the apps — including data loss, interrupted work, and lost opportunity. Please keep your own backups of anything important before you start.
法律上責任の全部を排除できない場合、作者が負う責任の総額は、当該アプリについてお客様が実際にお支払いいただいた金額（無料アプリの場合は0円）を上限とします。Where liability cannot be excluded in full by law, the author's total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the app in question (zero for free apps).
無料アプリは、著作権を作者が保持したうえで無償の使用許諾として提供します。個人利用・商用利用いずれも無償でお使いいただけますが、再配布、転売、逆コンパイル、改変版の公開はご遠慮ください。オープンソースライセンスではありません。Free apps are licensed for use at no cost, with copyright retained by the author. Personal and commercial use are both fine, but please do not redistribute, resell, decompile, or publish modified builds. This is not an open-source license.
アプリの一部は現在無償で提供されていますが、将来的に事前の告知をもって有償化、または一部機能を有料プランへ移行する権利を留保します。すでにダウンロード済みのバージョンは、その時点の条件のまま引き続きお使いいただけます。Some apps are free today, but we reserve the right to make them paid — or to move certain features into a paid plan — with advance notice. Versions you have already downloaded keep the terms they shipped under.
有料アプリはライセンスキーによる利用許諾です。1ライセンスにつき1人のユーザーが所有する複数台の端末で使用できます。ライセンスキーの再配布・公開・転売は禁止します。Paid apps are unlocked with a license key. One license covers one person across the devices they own. Sharing, publishing, or reselling a key is not permitted.
有料アプリのライセンス販売は Polar Software Inc.（Polar.sh）を通じて行います。Polar が販売事業者（Merchant of Record）として決済、領収書の発行、および各国の消費税・VAT の処理を担当します。したがって、購入時の契約およびカード明細の相手方は Polar となり、SCCCK 側でお客様のクレジットカード情報を受け取ることも保存することもありません。Licenses are sold through Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, receipts, and sales tax / VAT. Your purchase contract and card statement are therefore with Polar; SCCCK never receives or stores your card details.
ライセンスキーは決済完了後、Polar から自動でメール送付されます。届かない場合はお問い合わせください。デジタル商品のため原則として返金は行いませんが、購入から14日以内でアプリが記載どおりに動作しない場合は返金に応じます。返金の手続きは Polar 経由で行われます。Polar emails your license key automatically once payment clears — get in touch if it does not arrive. As digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable, but we will refund within 14 days if the app does not work as described. Refunds are processed through Polar.
なお、購入と返金の反復など、返金制度を濫用していると判断した場合には、返金のお申し出をお断りし、また以後の販売および利用許諾をお断りすることがあります。Where we judge the refund policy to be abused — repeatedly purchasing and refunding, for example — we may decline the refund and decline future sales and licenses.
各アプリに含まれるオープンソースコンポーネントのライセンス表記は、アプリ内の「ライセンス」画面に記載しています。Notices for the open-source components bundled in each app are listed on the app's own Licenses screen.
インストーラは公式ダウンロードのみを正規版とします。SHA-256 チェックサムを公開していますので、必要に応じて照合してください。Only installers from this site are genuine. SHA-256 checksums are published so you can verify a download if you want to.
