アプリは利用状況の収集・送信を行いません。作成したデータはお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。クラッシュレポートの送信も自動では行いません。The apps do not collect or transmit usage data. Anything you create stays on your device. Crash reports are never sent automatically.
本サイトに広告タグやログイン機能はありません。アクセス状況の把握のみ Google Analytics を使用します（詳細は 02 をご覧ください）。氏名や住所を Web サイト側で取得することはありません。No ad tags, no accounts. We use Google Analytics only to understand site traffic (see 02). The website itself never asks for your name or address.
クレジットカード番号は SCCCK のサーバーを一切経由しません。決済画面は販売事業者である Polar のシステム上にあります。Card numbers never pass through an SCCCK server. Checkout runs entirely on Polar's systems as merchant of record.

有料アプリのライセンスは Polar Software Inc.（Polar.sh）を販売事業者（Merchant of Record）として販売します。決済、請求書の発行、消費税・VAT の申告は Polar が自社の責任で行うため、購入手続きの過程で入力された情報は、まず Polar のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。Paid licenses are sold with Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh) as merchant of record. Polar handles payment, invoicing, and sales tax / VAT filing on its own account, so anything you enter during checkout is governed first by Polar's privacy policy.
受け取った情報はライセンスの発行・再発行、返金や不正利用の確認、法令で保管が求められる会計記録の目的にのみ使用します。広告目的での利用や、第三者への販売・提供は行いません。会計記録は法定保存期間の経過後に破棄します。We use what we receive only to issue or reissue licenses, to check refunds and misuse, and to keep the accounting records required by law. It is never used for advertising, sold, or shared. Accounting records are destroyed once the statutory retention period ends.

We delete them roughly one year after the conversation ends. If a report is kept for bug tracking, identifying details are stripped first.

保有している情報の開示、訂正、削除をご希望の場合はお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認できた後、原則2週間以内に対応します。購入記録に関するご依頼は Polar 側での対応が必要になる場合があります。Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of what we hold. Once we can confirm your identity we respond within two weeks as a rule. Requests about purchase records may need to go through Polar.
